Review visual work with evidence and comments

Design View is the planned review surface for screenshots, generated visuals, UI QA, and design comments.

Purpose

Visual work should keep source prompts, screenshots, revisions, and final assets together. The goal is not to hide design review inside chat, but to make it inspectable.

Current status

Taskcenter has file and evidence concepts, but this docs page does not claim a completed Design View until the actual review surface is wired to real artifacts.
