Move from preview to a deployable surface

Permanent publishing and custom-domain mapping are not live. Website builds currently create saved preview work products backed by temporary Cloudflare Sandbox preview tunnels, and publish/domain asks must return an unavailable story until a durable deploy target exists.

Readiness

Before publishing, Taskcenter should verify build, routes, assets, credentials, permissions, and known limitations.

Unavailable story

A publish or custom-domain request should say that no deployment or DNS mapping happened, identify the preview link as temporary, and name the missing durable hosting, rollback, DNS, and certificate pieces.
